This policy explains what personal information Bumble Print collects when you use our website or order from us, how we use it and the choices you have.
Who We Are
Bumble Print is a trading name of InfaCloud Limited, company no. 17083830, registered in England and Wales. We are the controller of your personal information. You can contact us about anything in this policy by emailing info@bumbleprint.co.uk or calling 0191 562 3477.
What We Collect
- Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number and business name.
- Order details, including billing and delivery addresses, the products and options you choose, and your order history.
- Files and messages, including artwork you upload and anything you tell us through our quote, design or contact forms.
- Account details, if you create an account. Your password is stored in encrypted form and we can’t see it.
- Payment information. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We only receive limited details such as the card type and last four digits.
- Technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and our server logs.
How We Use It
- To process, print and deliver your order and keep you updated about it. We need this to perform our contract with you.
- To reply to your enquiries and send you quotes. This is either to take steps before entering a contract with you, or in our legitimate interest in answering you.
- To keep financial records for tax and accounting. This is a legal obligation.
- To keep our website secure and to prevent fraud. This is in our legitimate interests.
- To send you news and offers, but only if you’ve agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who We Share It With
We only share your information when we need to, and never sell it. We share it with:
- Stripe, to take your payment securely.
- Google, which shows adverts on our blog pages.
- Our trusted print production and delivery partners, who receive only what they need to make and deliver your order.
- Our website hosting and email providers.
- Professional advisers such as our accountants, and authorities where the law requires it.
Some of these providers, such as Stripe, may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they protect it with safeguards approved under UK data protection law.
How Long We Keep It
- Order and payment records: six years, as required for tax and accounting.
- Artwork and uploaded files: for as long as we need them for your order and any repeat orders.
- Enquiries and quotes that don’t lead to an order: up to 12 months.
- Account details: until you ask us to close your account.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies that it needs to work, for example to remember your basket, keep you logged in and complete checkout. Stripe also sets cookies at checkout to help prevent fraud. Our blog shows adverts from Google AdSense, and Google may use cookies on those pages to show and measure ads. We ask for your consent before these cookies are used, and you can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page. Your Rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct information that’s wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete your information, or to limit how we use it
- object to us using your information based on our legitimate interests
- ask for your information in a format you can take to another provider
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it.

Keeping Your Information Safe
Our website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to customer information is limited to people who need it to run your order.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
