These terms apply to your use of the Bumble Print website and to any order you place with us. Bumble Print is a trading name of InfaCloud Limited, company no. 17083830, registered in England and Wales. Please read them before you order.
When you place an order you’re making an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you to confirm it. We can decline an order, for example if a product is no longer available or a price on the website was wrong. If we do, we’ll refund anything you’ve paid in full.
All prices are in pounds sterling. Bumble Print is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices. The price you see in your basket is the price you pay, plus delivery: £4.99 on orders under £100, and free on orders over £100.
You pay when you place your order, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and we never see or store your full card details. Custom quotes are valid for 30 days and can be paid on our Quick Payment page.
You’re responsible for the content of your artwork, including spelling, and for having the right to use any images, logos and text you send us. We don’t proofread artwork you supply, so we can’t accept responsibility for mistakes in it.
If you choose to upload your artwork later, we’ll start your order once we have it. Colours can vary slightly between your screen and the printed product, and between different materials and print runs.
If you choose Use Our Designer, we’ll contact you to discuss your design. It costs £20 for a single-sided design or £25 for double sided, shown before you order. Anything with more than two pages, such as booklets, is quoted separately. We’ll send you a proof to approve before anything is printed.
Please check any proof carefully. Once you approve it, we print exactly what you approved, and we can’t be responsible for mistakes that were in the approved proof.
We deliver to addresses in the UK. Each product page shows its standard delivery time in working days. The time starts once your artwork is ready to print. These times are estimates. We’ll do our best to meet them, but we can’t be responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control. Need it sooner? Contact us before you order.
Because our products are printed to your specification, the usual 14-day right to cancel for online orders doesn’t apply to them. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as you can. If printing hasn’t started, we’ll cancel your order and refund you.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, please tell us within 14 days of delivery and send photos. We’ll reprint it or refund you. None of this affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You may use this website to find out about our products and to place orders. You must not misuse it, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
If we fail to meet these terms, we’re responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result of our failure. For business customers, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it and we aren’t liable for loss of profit or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
